Lillie Mae Bailey

Lillie Mae Bailey, 83, of Narrows, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. Mrs. Bailey was born in Giles County on June 29, 1938 to the late John A. and Lois J. Jones Ratcliff. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Luther Randolph "Jack" Bailey, granddaughter, Mandy Bailey Smart, sisters, Dorothy Jean Mascaro, Darlene Clemons and step-mother, Dorothy Ratcliff.
Mrs. Bailey was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a life long member of the Cornerstone Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Mrs. Bailey is survived by her children, Randy Bailey and wife, Sonia of Princeton, WV., Jackie Bailey of the home, Robyn Taylor Keaton and husband, Leroy of Narrows, grandchildren, Mindy Fisher and Randy, Alex Taylor and Caitlin, Abby Taylor and Jeremey and Isaac Taylor, great-grandchildren, McKenzie and T.J. Smart, Matthew and Gavin Wiley, Triton and Loxlynn Taylor and Miles Hagerman. She is also survived by her brother, Freddie Ray Ratcliff and wife, Mildred of Pembroke, sister, Judy Elliot and husband, Ronnie of Ashland, KY., and grandson-in-law, Terry Smart, and a host of extended family and friends which Lillie loved very much.
A Graveside Service will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in the Fairview Cemetery in Narrows with the Pastor Jerry Hagerman officiating. Following the graveside service, the family invites friends and family to the home for a celebration of Mrs. Baileys life. A guestbook is available by visiting www.kendallfuneralhome.com.
