It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Lily Ann Johnson, who graced this world with her radiant presence for a brief yet impactful time. Lily Ann was born on July 6, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee, and she left this world far too soon on April 6, 2025, at the tender age of nine months.
Lily Ann was the cherished daughter of Wilson and Lauren Johnson, whose love for her knew no bounds. She brought an unparalleled joy to their lives, illuminating every moment with her big wide smile and infectious laughter. Those who had the privilege to know her would describe her as a true ray of sunshine-a happy baby who embodied the essence of a real-life angel.
Her brief journey was filled with love and laughter, as she filled her days with the joy of being surrounded by family. Lily Ann is survived by her devoted parents, Wilson and Lauren, her adoring grandparents, Jody and Nancy Johnson, and Dr. Clayton and Lisa Cummings. She was also treasured by her great-grandfather, Dr. Leonard Alberstadt, and her great-grandparents, Moise and Catherine Marchand. Lily Ann leaves behind a loving family that includes her aunts and uncles: Lindsey Cummings, Stephen Johnson, Mary Johnson, and Camden Johnson, along with her furry four-legged sister, Elsa.
Lily Ann's great-grandmother, Joan Alberstadt, and great-grandparents Charles and Betty Cummings, James William and Sally Johnson preceded her in death, and their spirits continue to watch over her.
Though her time with us was short, Lily Ann had a remarkable ability to touch the hearts of everyone she encountered. She adored posing for pictures, capturing moments that would forever be etched in the memories of her family. She had a special affection for her -Lovies and Jelly cats-which brought her comfort and joy.
As we gather to celebrate Lily Ann's beautiful spirit, we reflect on a life filled with love, laughter, and light. She may not have spent much time on this Earth, but her impact on those who knew her will last a lifetime. We will forever remember her as the happy baby who brought immense joy to our lives.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to two organizations who partnered in Lily Ann's journey, Alive Hospice and Vanderbilt Children's Hospital supporting children and families in need, reflecting Lily Ann's spirit of love and kindness.
Though her physical journey has ended, Lily Ann Johnson will forever remain in our hearts, a shining star that will guide us with her love. Rest in peace, sweet angel. You will always be missed and never forgotten.

Your great grandfather told me all about you. I prayed for you and your family. You are now walking around with the Angels, whole and happy. I will pray very hard for your great grandfather, Dr. Len Alberstadt, who loved you very much. He showed me a photo of you when he was holding you in his arms. He loved you so very much...You have a lovely family and you will be remembered every day...,I am a friend of your great great grandfather, Dr. Len Alberstadt. My name is Alpha Carolyn Ulm. You are loved....You will be remembered every day, forever...God is Love...

I am so very sorry for your loss but assured that Lily Ann now knows no pain or discomfort in the arms of Jesus. May Flights of Angels sing they to thy Rest.

Your faith journey with LilyAnn has been amazing to watch. While her life here on Earth was short, she and both of you have been used by God in miraculous ways.
