Lily Ruth Ann Meler was born sleeping on January 23, 2026, and was immediately welcomed into the loving presence of her Saviour. Though her time on earth was brief, her life is precious, and her memory will be forever held in the hearts of those who love her.

She is the cherished daughter of Derek and Brianna Meler, and the beloved sister of Luke. Lily was loved from the moment she was known and will always be a part of her family's story.

Lily is survived by her parents, Derek and Brianna; her brother, Luke; her great-grandfather, Charles Towler of Canton, Georgia; her grandparents: John and Marvena Meler of Palm Harbor, Florida, Robert Daugherty of Cleveland, Tennessee, and Denise and David Simerly of Rock Spring, Georgia; her aunt and uncle, Meghan and Ryan Endres of Raleigh, North Carolina; her aunt, Kara Baker of Whitwell, Tennessee; her cousins, Molly Endres of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Jace Baker of Whitwell, Tennessee; and a large and loving extended family and church family who continue to surround her parents with love and prayer.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents: Ann Towler, Ruth and Marvin Garrett, Delores Meler, and Earl and Mary Daugherty.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, Alabama. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Spring Hill Baptist Church, 2 McGregor Avenue, Mobile, Alabama. A private burial for the family will follow.
