Linda Sue Bageant

Linda Sue Bageant, 72, of Westminster, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at her home.

Born August 8, 1953, in Olney, she was the daughter of the late Frank Monroe and Nannie Ettie (Collier) Edens. She was the loving wife of Ronald G. Bageant, her husband of 43 years.

Linda was a graduate of Glenelg High School, Class of 1971. She dedicated 43 years as an administrative assistant for the Howard County Board of Education, retiring in 2015. Linda was a passionate crafts enthusiast, dedicating countless hours to creating beautiful works of art through her various craft projects. In the past, she was a consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics, where she enjoyed connecting with people and helping them feel confident and beautiful.

Surviving in addition to her husband are her cherished children Nicole C. Oken (Robert) of Seven Valleys, PA, and Jason F. Bageant (Tiffany) of Reisterstown; grandchildren Christopher Oken, Zachary Oken (Monica), Jackson Colt Bageant, Daniel Hunley, Samuel Hunley, and Eliana Hunley; and many loving extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Charles, Buddy, Wanda and Helen. She was the last of her immediate family.

The family will welcome friends on Thursday, February 26, 2026 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 27th at 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
