LINDA BEISEL Obituary

LINDA LOU (ALLEN) (POTTS) BEISEL Linda Lou (Allen) (Potts) Beisel, 77, of Sardis, Ohio, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. She was born September 16, 1947, in Powhatan Point, Ohio, daughter of the late Coach Richard and Ruth (Allen) Potts. She was a 1965 graduate of River High School, attending Glenville State College and West Liberty College. She taught at Midway School, worked at Wetzel County Care Center and the craft department at Walmart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald and Roderick McLeod; grandparents, Goldie and Albert Allen; and mother, Grace Allen; grandson Nicholas Lucas. Linda is survived by her husband of 55 years, William "Bill" Beisel; daughter, Dr. Denise (Chris) Daniel; grandchild Tristan (Tiffany) Lucas; great grandchildren, Michael and Rosalie Lucas; daughter, Amanda (Mike) Wohnhas; grandchildren, Ian and Ava Wohnhas; son, William (Bianca) Beisel III; two sisters, Rose Ann Russell and Joan Manier. Private services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 751 Third Street, New Martinsville, W.V.
