Linda F. Boprey, 77, of Floral City, Florida passed away on December 27, 2023 at home after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Linda was born in Massena, New York on May 22, 1946. She graduated from Massena Central High School in 1964. She retired from Upstate Hospital where she was an Administrative Assistant for 22 years.
Linda loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved quilting and painting. In her spare time, she could be found playing slot machines at the casino or traveling.
She was predeceased by her life partner, Thomas Blundell; her father, Harold LaClair; her mother, Lula (Lyle) Rush and her sister, Jean Aldridge.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Kellie Boprey Reakes and David (Chris) Boprey; her grandchildren, Ashley (Dennis) Reakes, Courtney (Mitch) Pettit, Samantha (Josh) Reakes and Josh (Kayla) Boprey: 6 great grandchildren and one on the way; two brothers, Harold (Linda) LaClair and David LaClair.
There will be no services. A celebration of life will be held in New York at a later date.
