Linda R. Bunnell, of Hortonville, age 66, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 14, 2025. She was born on April 14, 1959.

Born and raised in Appleton, Linda attended Appleton West High School. In her younger years, she developed a deep love for horseback riding with her best friends Jamie and Traci Templin. Later in life, Linda's passion for adventure led her to camping trips in the great outdoors, as well as frequent visits to Las Vegas, where she reveled in the excitement and joy of spending time with loved ones.

At home, Linda was the heart of her family, always welcoming loved ones into her kitchen to enjoy the delicious meals she so lovingly prepared for family get-togethers. She found joy in gathering her friends, where they would share stories, music, and laughter. Linda had a love for playing guitar, a talent she shared with those close to her, creating cherished memories that will live on.

Alongside her husband, Mike, Linda was the proud co-owner and operator of L&M Cargo Control in Hortonville. Over the years, they earned the respect and admiration of their many customers, forming relationships that lasted far beyond the business dealings. Linda's commitment to her community extended beyond her business; she was always ready to lend a helping hand. She actively participated in and generously donated to various Sportsmen's banquets, always looking for ways to give back to the community she loved.

Linda is survived by her son, Chad Zuelsdorf; step-daughters: Erica and Heather Bunnell; step-grandchildren, Elijah, Saphira, Arianna and Kegan; siblings: Jan VanLinn, Jean Poole, Steve Zuelsdorf, and Tammy (Steve) Wingate; sister-in-law, Linda Zuelsdorf; nieces and nephews: Mark Zuelsdorf, Amanda (Dustin) Lambert, Ashley (Brycen) Zuelsdorf, Heather Poole, Brooke Jarvis, Jason and Brandon VanLinn; and great nieces and nephews: Sophia and Clara Lambert, Mikey and Cole VanLinn. She is further survived by many extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Mike Bunnell; parents: Walter and Margaret Zuelsdorf; in-laws: Robert and Becky Bunnell; brothers-in-law: Wayne VanLinn and John Poole; nieces: Kimberly and Andrea VanLinn; and nephew, Kurt Zuelsdorf.
