Linda Gray Carroll

Linda Gray Carroll, 57, passed away Friday, September 30, 2011 at 2:50 am after complications following a brave fight with pancreatic cancer. She was predeceased by her parents George Washington Carroll and Rosa Lee Messer Carroll. Linda graduated from Enloe High School and was employed with College Foundation of NC in Raleigh for almost 23 years. She is survived by her loving partner of 25 years David Alan Evans,her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. O.Q. Messer all of Raleigh, and her dear cousins in Concord and Phoenix, Arizona. Visitation will be Monday, October 3, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service and Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC 27545. A funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at Raleigh Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 7501 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27612. Special thanks to Dr. Stephen Tremont, the nurses on the Oncology wing at Rex Hospital and the Hospice Home of Wake County for their kindness and special care of Linda.
