Linda Seamons Covalt passed through the veil in her home 10 February, 2026. Born in
Logan, UT, on June 30, 1941 to Norman Joseph & Lucille Wright Seamons.
Linda was a woman of numerous talents and immense character. For 33 years, she called
Provo, Utah, her home, where she made countless memories and touched numerous lives. In her professional life, she served as a model at the JaNor Hair fashions at SLC where later became a manager and then a director. Later she became a Legal Secretary and Administrative Assistant, demonstrating a commitment that was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Yet, the essence of Linda was not just in her work, but in the love she poured into her hobbies and interests. She possessed a unique knack for creating homemade Barbie clothes, a talent she joyfully shared with her daughter. Baking bread with her son became a cherished ritual. Linda's crocheted baby clothes and quilted blankets were treasures of love and warmth. She found immense contentment in unravelling the mysteries of genealogy with her brother Fred. She loved dancing and even met her husband, Garrett while dancing. As years passed, she discovered pleasure in the simplicity of board games and card games, which she relished in the company of friends and family. Linda's life was a testament to her belief that what truly matters is family and friends.
Linda is survived by her daughter Sharon Biggs Peay (Greg), son Larry Biggs (Carrie), son Darryl Biggs (Kris Ann), daughter Lisa Ann Wilson , daughter Suzy Salazar (Mike),and her brothers Max & John Seamons. Her strong spirit will always be remembered and cherished by those who loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband Garret Clawson Covalt, parents, Norman and Lucille Seamons, her brothers Norman, Dale & Fred Seamons, & her son-in-law Chett Wilson. There are many others we would love to mention by saying, "it's complicated!"
