Funeral services for Linda Kelly Crowson will begin at 11:00am on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Webb Stephens Funeral Home on Highway 39 N. Visitation will be from 9:00am to 11:00am before service. Dr. Raymon Leake will be officiating the service.
Linda Kelly Crowson, 75 of Meridian, completed her life’s earthly journey on Saturday, March 15, 2025, in Gulfport, MS at the home of her beloved sister, Sandra Kelly Cutler.
Linda was born in Meridian, MS on September 13, 1949. She attended Meridian High School and was a member of the Dusty Social Service Club. She graduated from Meridian High School in 1967. Linda served as secretary/treasurer and was chosen as a beauty while attending Meridian High School. Linda started working at Riley Hospital soon after graduating from Meridian High School. In 1979, Linda began working at Meridian Medical Association where she worked for 35 years and retired as the MMA Administrator in September 2014. After retiring, while still in Meridian, Linda volunteered her time at the Free Clinic of Meridian, United Way, and Care Lodge. Linda joined First Baptist Church of Meridian on August 25, 1998, soon after her first grandchild was born. She adored her family and was so proud of her children, grandchildren, and all her nieces and nephews. Before moving to Gulfport, Linda loved getting together and visiting her Meridian circle of friends.
Linda is survived by her siblings, John Kelly of Lauderdale, MS, Jimmy Kelly of Starkville, MS, Sandra Kelly Cutler of Gulfport, MS; children, Lee Moseley (Carol) of Pensacola, FL, Suzanne Moseley Kerns (Mike) of Sharpsburg, GA, Kelly Moseley (Sasha) of Cummings, GA; grandchildren, Cecelia Moseley of Birmingham, AL, Leland Moseley of Birmingham, AL, Caroline Moseley of Nashville, TN, and Ryder Moseley of Cummings, GA.
Linda is preceded in death by her mother, Nellie Hopper Simmons and brother-in-law Andy Cutler.
Pallbearers will be Leland Moseley, John Parker Kelly, Thomas Molony, and Mike Kearns.
A special thank you to her sister, Sandra Kelly Cutler, for all her love and extraordinary care. Linda’s family suggests memorials be made as donations to First Baptist Church Meridian, MS or to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in lieu of flowers.
