Linda Mae Davis, 73, of Inman, SC passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Upstate Community Hospice House, Landrum, SC.
Born in Honea Path, SC, she was the daughter of Willie Lee Davis and Maggie Mae Black Davis.
Linda was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
Linda leaves to cherish fond memories, one son Gary Donald (Angela), of Blythewood, SC; three daughters, Delilah Whitmore, of Inman, SC, Shoshonna Donald, of Oil City, PA and Marquita Yother (Andrew), of Lyman, SC; four brothers, Willie Lee Davis, Honea Path, SC, James Henry Howard Davis, of Malmo, Sweden, Roger Davis of Anderson, SC and Demorde Davis (Daughn) of Staten Island, NY; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral service is 2 pm Sunday, at New Friendship Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Public viewing is Saturday from 3-7 pm in the Ollie Stewart Memorial Chapel, D.B. Walker Funeral Services, 19 Rouse Street, Honea Path, SC. and the body will be placed in the church at 1 pm Sunday.
The family is at their respective homes.
