Linda Dawsey Obituary
Linda was a long time member of Northside Baptist Church and proudly enjoyed playing handbells in the handbell choir. She also enjoyed spending time with her husband cruising 32 times. Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She graduated from Baton Rouge Magnet High School, class of 1964. She retired from accounting at Bateman food and nutrition in Baton Rouge.
Linda was very loved and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation in the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home 7738 Florida Blvd. Denham Springs, LA 70726 on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Beech Ridge Cemetery.

It has been an honor serving as Miss Linda's minister of music when I was at Northside Baptist Church in the past years. She was such a dear lady and friend to ALL. I will miss you my sister in Christ and sending prayers for your amazing family. Heaven is such a wonderful place!

Prayers for the Dawsey family. I have lost a friend. We have had some goods times and made some wonderful memories that I'll cherish forever. I know you're where you want to be. You will be missed by the friends you've left behind. We will join you when the Lord is ready to unite us all back together but til then we'll think of the good times & there's many.
