Wayne was a passionate outdoorsman, finding joy in fishing, going to car shows and helping others. He also had a profound love for history, which he often shared with those around him. As the voice of the Iowa Yellow Jackets, he delighted fans while announcing football and baseball games for many years, becoming a beloved figure in local sports.
