Linda Dyson Obituary
Linda was born on June 9, 1943, daughter of the late Joseph Woodrow Tyler and Margaret Edith Scott Tyler. She was also preceded in by her husband, John "Johnny" Dyson; sister, Betty Jean Phillips; brother, Joseph "Joe" Edward Tyler.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at the Worthington Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery.
The visitation will be from 10:00 until 10:45 AM, prior to the service on Tuesday.
The surviving family includes her children, Lance Walters, Jr. (Lisa) of Tabor City, Connie Jo W. Haynes (Tommy) of Troy, Catherine W. Clifton (Donald) of Whiteville and Cindy W. Powell (Rik) of Troy; 8 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
