Linda L. Ebele passed away on February 13, 2025 after a short illness surrounded by her family.
Linda was born on May 12, 1944 in Jamestown, North Dakota, to Frank and Gladys Klose. She graduated from Jamestown High School in 1962 and on September 11, 1962 she married the love of her life, Harry Ebele. Linda and Harry ran a ranch in Gackle, North Dakota for many years before moving to Lakewood, Colorado to be closer to their sons.
Linda worked in the bakeries of grocery stores in Gackle and Jamestown and later in the kitchen of Jamestown College.
She was an avid horsewoman and rode in the drill team as well as various trail rides which is where she met Harry. One of her favorite things was to ride in the hills on their ranch.
She was pre-deceased by her parents, brothers Elmer and William, sisters Lorraine and Beverly, grandson Kylie Heinle and daughter-in-law Lana Sena. She is survived by her husband, Harry, sons Jerry (Sarah) of Golden Colorado, Thomas (Annie) of Renton, Washington, Steven (Mary) of Centennial, Colorado, Kevin (Rachel) of Lakewood, Colorado and Patrick of Gackle, North Dakota, nine grandchildren: Tyler, Jacob, Tarissa, Otto, Hannah, Kohl, Bella, Sophia and Nicola and six great-grandchildren: Kyla, Isaac, Kai, Remy, Hudsyn and Aspen.
Per her wishes she will be cremated with a memorial to be held Saturday, May 10, 2025, 2pm, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood.
