Mrs. Linda Sue England April 2, 1948 - August 20,2025 Linda Sue (McDaniel) England, age 77 peacefully slipped into the arms of Jesus on August 20, 2025 at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. surrounded by her loving family. Sue was saved at an early age and was the kindest, most precious person that ever entered heaven's gate. She was a member of Tazewell United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school for many years. We have peace in knowing she is free from pain and confusion and is rejoicing with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Sue spent 30 years of her life teaching elementary school in both Kentucky and Tennessee. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Lincoln Memorial University and her Master's Degree from the University of Tennessee. She touched the lives of many young students at Ellen Myers, H.Y. Livesay and TNT Primary. She was an excellent teacher and an extraordinary Christian role model for countless children who loved her dearly. She will be missed greatly by many, especially her loving family. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Dana McDaniel and Novella Keller McDaniel, Brother Kenneth(Jewell) McDaniel, sister Betty McDaniel (Thurman) Crawford, Father-in-law Delbert England, and Mother-in-law Margaret England. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Randy England, whom she adored. Loving sister Gail McDaniel Leonard and husband Stanley, special nieces and nephew Ashley Leonard(Steve)Cole, Brittany England(Nicholas) Sullivan, and Daniel (Nichole)England, all of whom she loved as her own. Special brother-in law and sister-in-law Danny and Barbara England. Brother, Lewis (Pauline)McDaniel and children Jeff, Josh, Bradley, Ben, Brittany, and Tiffany. Brother Pete (Brenda)McDaniel and children Tina, Christy, Jason, and Roxanne. Other nieces and nephews, Sherry Crawford Carroll, Beverly Crawford Mize, Doug Crawford, and Jennifer McDaniel, plus a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Until we meet on the other side, we love you, our precious, sweet Sue. You will be forever in our hearts. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 26, from 5:00PM till 7:00PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to follow at 7:00PM. Graveside services will be at 11:00AM on Wednesday, August 27 at Fairview Cemetery, Rev. Bill Duncan and Rev. Todd Peoples officiating. Pallbearers: Danny England, Daniel England, Josh McDaniel, Rusty Hardin, Gary West and Alvin Duncan.
