Linda Gresham Obituary
Linda was born in Rome, Georgia on October 16, 1943, daughter of the late Roy B. Selman and the late Irene Davis Selman. She was a member of New Armuchee Baptist Church. Linda was a proud Honor Graduate of Armuchee High School, where she excelled in basketball. She then attended the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. Her first job was working at Citizens Federal Bank; she later worked as a substitute teacher for Floyd County Board of Education. Mrs. Gresham was a true caretaker at heart; she took care of everyone and even fostered animals.
Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Gresham Baxter; her son, Jackson Wheeler Gresham, Jr.; her grandchildren, Hunter Gresham and Chelsea Robinson (Bradley).
A celebration of life and inurnment will be held at the Mausoleum at Myrtle Hill Cemetery on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 2:00pm.
Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Linda S. Gresham.
