Linda Hakanson Obituary
Linda was born on April 16, 1948, to Clare and Helga (Sorenson) Yale in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She married Terry Hakanson on June 29, 2016, in Reno, Nevada.
Linda became a Dr. of Pharmacy when she moved to California to attend USC in 1970. She then returned to Minnesota in 1990. She coordinated flights for fellow classmates when USC Trogans would play Notre Dame. She loved playing piano and singing at home and in various venues with her husband, Terry. Linda was so much fun. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Everyone that knew her will miss her.
Linda is survived by her husband, Terry; one niece, Leona Gregory; and stepsons, Jonathan, Peter, and Joseph Hakanson.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Clare and Helga; and sister, Kathy.
Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, starting at 11:00 am at Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services in Poplar Bluff, MO.
