Linda Lee Hottinger

Loving wife and mother, Linda Lee Hottinger, 75, of Weyers Cave, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
Mrs. Hottinger was born April 28, 1950, in Harrisonburg, Va., and was the daughter of the late Alfred and Lucille Gooden Morris.
Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed laying in the sun and being in the water during the summer months.
She is survived by her husband, Lonnie Blair Hottinger; daughter, Greta Vandevander and husband, Allen; brother, Wayne Morris and wife, Stephanie; sister, Bobbie Rodgers; mother-in-law, Delores Greta Hottinger; sisters-in-law, Susan Colvin, Celia Wright, and Janet Hottinger; brothers-in-law, Larry Hottinger and Brian Hottinger; grandchildren, Ethan Ingram and wife, Samantha, Brandon Vandevander, and Quinton Vandevander; great-grandchildren, William Brizuela-Bortner, Eilam, Logan, Colin, Eloise, Leanne, Evelyn, and Bue Ingram, as well as numerous extended family members.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2025, at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens in Harrisonburg, with the Reverend Dr. Fred Miller officiating.
