Linda Kay Hudson, 83, passed away on May 19th, 2025, at her home in Grand Prairie, TX. She was born on March 7, 1942, in Saint Jo, TX to Harvey and Rosie Dale Cagle.
Linda grew up in Saint Jo, TX. She moved to Grand Prairie after she married her husband Bill at the age of 14. She worked at the Prairie Dog Drive-In with her sister-in-law and mother-in-law. Linda and her husband Bill began serving their community and church by driving the church bus transporting children to Sunday School.
Linda married Bill in 1956 in Grand Prairie, TX. They were happily married for 47 years. Linda was a member of Hilltop Church. She enjoyed attending church and spending time with family and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Rosie Dale, brothers Mitchell and Rodney and husband Bill.
Linda is survived by her son David and spouse (Joann) Hudson of Grand Prairie, TX. Son Bobby and spouse (Chrisina) Hudson of Mansfield, TX. Her grandchildren Billy, April, Chad, Christopher and Caitlyn. Her great-grandchildren Abigail, Paige, Landon, Colton, Paisley, Luke, Adalynn, Bruce and Kennedy.
A memorial service will be held at Hilltop Church, 4909 Rendon Rd. Fort Worth, TX 76140 at 12:00PM on May 27th, 2025. A visitation will be held at Hilltop Church, 4909 Rendon Rd. Fort Worth, TX 76140 at 10:00AM on May 27th, 2025. The family will be greeting friends and relatives at 10:00AM on May 27th, 2025. Burial will follow at Emerald Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
