Linda Jean Jenicek, 70, of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away on July 20, 2025.
Linda was born on March 8, 1955, in OKC, OK. She started working at the Oklahoma County Assessor's office on June 15, 1980, when she was just 25 years old. She retired after 34 years on July 8, 2014.
On February 14, 1978, she married the love of her life, Keith Jenicek. They were married for 47 years. They raised two daughters together, Michelle and Heather.
Linda had a passion for traveling with her husband. She enjoyed car shows with her husband and daughters. She loved being outside, going to the beach, family reunions, shopping, swimming, and living life to the fullest. Linda also enjoyed going to Cornerstone Church with her daughter Michelle and all the friends she made there.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband Keith, her mom and dad, Helen and Lynn Fry, her son in law, Dewayne McDaris, and Niece Jamie Fry. She is survived by her two daughters, Michelle Jenicek and Heather Jenicek-McDaris, her brother and sister in law, Jack and Gayle Fry, her aunts Pam, Phyllis, Bobbie, and Vera, her uncle Ray, and very close friends; Mike, Veronica, Vickie, Bill, and Dottie, her grandsons Tyler, Blake, and Dahsyn, her great grandkids, Jase and BrenLynn, plus many more family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Arlington Cemetery Mausoleum, 3400 N. Midwest Boulevard in OKC, OK at 2:00PM.
