It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Linda Ruth Knoke, age 81, of Baraboo, WI, beloved wife of Ken Knoke and mother to Ryan Hasz and Jodie Aguero. Born in Reedsburg, WI, on April 14, 1943, she lived most of her life in Baraboo, WI. Linda was an avid reader, loved horses, appreciated the smell of lilacs in spring, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and created numerous beautiful afghans to share with others.
Surviving are husband, Ken Knoke of Baraboo, WI; sister-in-law, Beverly (Clyde) Curtis of Brodhead, WI; son, Ryan (Jody) Hasz of Cambridge, WI; daughter, Jodie Aguero of Baraboo, WI; step-son, Don Knoke of Brodhead, WI; grandchildren, Jason Lange, Stephany (Russell) Kies, Zachary Knoke, Kera Birch; and great-grandchild, Alexus Lange.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, William Strickert and Ruth (Harrison) Hoadley; and brother, Wallace Strickert.
A private remembrance will be held for close family members. Her memory will always be carried in our hearts.
