Linda Kreitzburg (Sholtis), aged 75, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 1, 2026. Lin, as she preferred to be called (never Lin-da, as she would insist), was a beloved mother, devoted teacher, cherished family member, and loyal friend whose laughter and warmth lit up every room she entered.

Lin is survived by her loving daughter, Brittany Kreitzburg; her dear aunt, Kathy Lepak; her cherished niece, Marie Mead (Lepak), and nephew Matt Lepak; and many cousins whom she loved deeply. Family meant everything to Lin, and she always made time for those she adored.

For over 30 years, Lin was an amazing teacher, sharing her passion for learning with students both in Missouri and at Elyria City Schools. She adored her students as much as she adored her daughter-especially when her daughter was driving her a little crazy, as she loved to joke. Her dedication, humor, and compassion made a lasting impact on countless lives.

If you ever needed to find Lin, just follow the sound of loud laughter, and you'd find her at the center of it all, ready with a smile, a story, or a helping hand. She loved painting, drawing, and any kind of art project, and she treasured time spent with Brittany. Together, they enjoyed movies, concerts, comedy shows, food shows, and countless other adventures, always seeking out opportunities to laugh and make memories.

Lin will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, just as much as she loved them.

Friends may call at the BUSCH FUNERAL HOME, 7501 RIDGE ROAD, PARMA FROM 4:00 PM-6:00 PM, FRIDAY, MARCH 13. Cremation by Busch Crematory.
