Linda Lamoy Obituary
Linda Ann Lamoy passed away on October 5, 2025 at home. Linda was born in Plattsburgh, NY on September 21, 1945.
Linda was the daughter of Philip and Gladys (Sampica) Lamoy. She worked for many years for the Au Sable Valley School District. In her spare time, Linda enjoyed doing her needlepoint, which she gave to most of her friends and family. Her other passion was feeding and taking care of her wild birds and squirrels.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters Barbara (Harold) Bombard, Norine (Wyman) Lee, and Phylis Lamoy.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Penny (James) Borrette), Philip Lee, and Patsy (Don) Hendershot, Brent Bombard, Keith Bombard, and Marla Tobey.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Heidrick-Zaumetzer Funeral Home. Prior to the service, Calling Hours will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Following the service, Linda will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Au Sable Forks, NY.
