Linda A. Mathis, 75, of Colona passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025 at her home.
Funeral services will be 1pm Thursday at Schroder Mortuary in Colona with visitation 1 hour prior to service time. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Moline. Memorials may be made to Quad City Animal Welfare Center.
Linda was born December 10, 1950 in Rock Island, IL the daughter of Al and Betty (Peacock) Krajewski. She worked as a manager for National Amusement at Showcase Cinemas in Milan from 1980 to 2010. After retirement she worked at the Shell Station in Colona. Linda loved her dogs and visiting with her family on weekly dinner nights.
Survivors include her siblings Luanne (Timothy) Evans, Kristy (Matt) Wamsley, Scott (Kathy) Krajewski, Kurt (Barbara) Krajewski, Jack (Carolyn) Redmond, Darrell (Marty) Redmond, Terry (Donna) Redmond; brother-in-law Jim Monnig and several nieces and nephews including Stephanie (David) Buckley.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Katherine Monnig.
