Mrs. Linda Lee Ottum, age 75, of LaCrosse, Wisconsin (Formerly Brookfield, WI), passed away on October 20, 2023, in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She was born in Menomonee, MI, to Wilfred and Elsie Mitchell. Linda was a dedicated Nurse's Aide, a loving stay-at-home mother, and a compassionate babysitter.

Linda is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Russel Ottum; her sister, Mable Dowe; her sister and brother-in-law, Phoebe and Thomas Thorpe Sr.; her daughter, Jamiee Ottum; and her son and daughter-in-law, Eric Ottum and Jodi Ottum. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ashley Niesl, Caleb Niesl and his wife Octavia Niesl, Silvia Niesl, Tyler Biller-Brooks, Emily Ottum, and her great-grandson, Bellamy Niesl.

Linda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mylan E. Ottum; her parents, Wilfred and Elsie Mitchell; her brother, Thomas Mitchell; her brother-in-law, Richard Dowe; and her niece, Kristine Ottum.

Linda found solace and community at Calvary Lutheran Church in Brookfield, WI, where she worshipped.

Linda enjoyed cooking, participating in the church choir and handbell choir, reading, engaging in arts and crafts, and spending time with family and pets.

A private ceremony to celebrate Linda's life will be held at Brushcreek Lutheran Church in Ontario, WI, at a later date.
