Linda Jo Pararo, beloved mother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away surrounded by her loved ones.

Born August 23, 1943, entered into rest, November 10, 2025. She was of the Christian Faith.

Linda Jo grew up in Tallahassee, Florida and graduated from Florida High School, where she built friendships and memories that stayed with her throughout her life.

Linda Jo began her career, serving her community, working for the State of Florida. She later pursued her passion for helping others feel their best by becoming a hairdresser-a role in which her warmth, creativity, and genuine care shined.

A lifelong animal lover, Linda Jo had a special place in her heart for her cherished dog, Angel, who brought her daily joy and companionship. When she could no longer care for him, she adopted him out to one of her caregivers. Her gentle spirit and deep love for animals were evident to everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her two sons, Craig Burton (LaDonna) of Monticello, Florida. Britt Burton (Anita) of Lake Worth, Florida. Three sisters. Sheila Winchester (Mark) of Monticello, Florida. Pam Butler (Ken) of Tallahassee, Florida. Kim Outlaw (Steve) of Tallahassee, Florida. One brother, Rick Pararo (Carla) of Tallahassee, Florida.

She was an aunt to her five nieces and four nephews, her eight great nieces and eight great nephews and one great-great niece and one great-great nephew. Her heart was always warmed by their presence at family gatherings. Her smile will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, W.R. (Jr.) Pararo and Josephine Fortner. Dale Burton, her son's father.

Linda Jo's legacy is one of love, simplicity, and generosity. She touched many lives and will be remembered fondly by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

May she rest in peace.
