Jerry Smith Obituary

Jerry was a proud father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who lived life with quiet joy and strong values. His deep appreciation for the simple pleasures in life, paired with his warm presence, made him a steady and treasured part of his family. His life revolved around his family, and he enjoyed watching his sons and grandchildren at their sporting events. He was a baseball fan at heart, and he never missed an opportunity to watch his Atlanta Braves or his beloved FSU Seminoles play football.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 62 years, Linda, and his sons, Jerry Jr and Richard. His son, David, preceded him in death. He is survived by two brothers, Bob and George, and his sister, Betty Jo. Jerry had six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
His legacy of love, warmth, and compassion will live on in the hearts of family forever.

I know that Jerry will be missed very much - I have known him for many years since attending Leon High School & had the pleasure to work with him for many years at McKenzie Tank Lines - I lost tough with this wonderful man after leaving McKenzie - Pat Henry Radford
