Belton
Linda Lou Thompson Ross, 81, widow of Pelham Lonzo Ross Jr., died Saturday March 29, 2025, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Greenville County to the late Broadus and Cleo Vaughn Thompson. She was of the Baptist Faith, loved her auction family and friends.
Surviving her are special nieces and nephews, Billy and Dianna Fisher, Robbie and Molly Fisher, Kim Ambrose, Pam Hagan, Valerie Brooks and Jimmy Weathers. Her longtime Companion, Joe Fisher.
She was preceded in death by 5 sisters and 8 brothers.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Cox Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Anderson County Paws or charity of one's choice.
The family will be at their respective homes.
Cox Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.

Deepest sympathy for Linda´s family and friends. Linda was a precious human, she was our neighbor and a family friend growing up in Pelzer. Praying for all, RIP Linda.
