Tentative Obituary for Linda Russian
DATELINE: Warwick
Russian, Linda A., 72, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late William and Cynthia (Stone) Russian, she had lived in Warwick for over sixty years. She was a secretary for the Cranston School Department for over thirty years, retiring in 2012. Linda was a Life Member of Hadassah.
Dear sister of Nancy, her husband Michael Nouriel, of Warwick. Loving aunt of Kayla and Amy. Cherished great aunt of Sophia and Mia. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Funeral services will be private. Shiva will be held on Sunday, 3-6 p.m. at Tamarisk, 3 Shalom Dr., Warwick. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Tomorrow Fund, 110 Lockwood St, Physicians Office Building, Ste. 422 Providence, RI 02903 or Chabad of West Bay Chai Center, 3871 Post Rd., Warwick, RI 02886.

Oh dear...reading the obits today I noticed Linda´s name. I met her through a mahjong class. Sweet and kind are the two words that come to mind when I think of her. Hopefully she did not suffer through these years. Carol Lukowski
