Linda Carol Rutledge, 76, of Moberly, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday February 14th, 2024.
Linda was born in Randolph County Missouri to Fred and Zana Cable on February 28th, 1947. On September 17th 1967 Linda married the love of her life John Edward Rutledge at Clark Christian Church.
Linda was still active in Real Estate and she loved gardening, cooking, traveling, crocheting and spending time with her friends and family. Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who left a legacy of love and devotion to her family.
Preceding her in death are her husband John, her parents, as well as several brothers and sisters.
She will be missed by her son John M Rutledge (wife Susan), daughter Mendy O’Day (husband Ryan), Grandkids Rebekah Kemper (Josh), Jackson Rutledge (Marianna), Marissa Sharp, Ryley O’Day, Isabel Rutledge, Patrick O’Day and Danny O’Day and Great Grandson Crosby Kemper as well as her brothers Bill and Harold Cable, Sister in Law Judy Storm and Brother in law Cecil Rutledge and many beloved family members.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel followed by inurnment at Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the local ALS Association to fund research into cures at 1950 Craig Road, Suite 200, St. Louis, MO 63146, in honor of Linda.
