Linda H. Singleton, of Dover, Delaware, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital. She was 81.

Born on May 22, 1944, in Beckley, West Virginia, Linda was the daughter of the late Elmer Harvath and Mildred Woosley Reichelt.

Linda was a warm and spirited woman who found joy in life's simple pleasures. She had a passion for shopping-especially treasure hunting at Goodwill and browsing her favorite finds at Boscov's. A true people person, Linda loved to socialize and was happiest when surrounded by friends and loved ones. She also had a deep love for NASCAR and rarely missed a race on TV, always cheering on her favorite driver, Chase Elliott, with enthusiasm.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Johnny.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Harvey Singleton of Dover, DE; her children, Steven Singleton of Harrington, DE, Laura Singleton of Dover, DE, and Lisa Long of Harrington, DE; and her grandchildren, Janna Knisley (David), Rachel Dubin (PJ), and C.J. Long.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Monday, July 21, 2025, at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 1145 E. Lebanon Road, Dover, Delaware. Friends and family may visit one hour prior. Interment will be held at Sharon Hills Memorial Cemetery.
