Linda Smith Obituary
Linda Grace Smith, age 76 of Loudon, passed away on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Linda loved to crochet, garden, and especially loved her church. She was a devoted member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Linda was preceded in death by siblings, Johnny Brogdon, Reba Jean Carey, Edna Mae White, Pattie Sue Brogdon, Sammy Brogdon, Dorothy Green, Chester Brogdon, Herschel Brogdon, Alice Green, and Harold Brogdon; Parents, Alfred and Minnie Brogdon.
Linda is survived by husband, Ed Smith; Children, Michael Lee Smith and wife Dana, Vicky Sexton and husband Brian, and Margie Annette Gallaher and husband Jason; Grandchildren, Wendy Lawrence, Raven Thompson and husband Mike, Amber Montgomery and husband Anthony, Michael Roy Smith and wife Kimberly, Victoria Huichapa and husband Jessi, Anthony Craig and wife Nichole, and Brandon Gallaher; Sisters, Ruth Gray and husband John, and Irene Mitchell; Linda is also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 from 5-7 PM in the chapel of Loudon Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 7 PM with Rev. Sammy Thomas officiating. The graveside service will be on Friday, May 23rd, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
