Linda Lamoyne Stufkosky (Morrow) born July 25, 1961, passed away surrounded by family on June 21, 2024 at the age of 62. Linda is survived by her husband of almost 30 years, Jim, daughter, Claire Stufkosky, and son James Stufkosky along with sisters Beth and Tracy, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father Don Morrow and her mother Diane Morrow.
Although born in Bloomfield, Michigan, Linda's family moved to Riverside in 1966. She was a lifelong Riverside resident attending Poly High School where she was Commissioner of Pep and graduated from San Diego State University, earning a BA in Graphic Design and serving as president of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Linda was an integral part of Riverside's National Charity League, participating as a Ticktocker during high school and as a Grade Level Advisor and Senior Recognition Coordinator. Linda shared her love of art and event planning by becoming the founding President of Riverside Art Museum Avant-Garde group. To share her passion of haute cuisine, Linda began a gourmet dinner group where she entertained for over twenty years.
Linda was a gifted artist and designer working as an Account Manager/Administrative Assistant at ABG Marketing, and most recently as a Manager of Client Services at QuickCaption, Inc. Linda was proud to be appointed to the Riverside City Commission of the Deaf, representing Ward 3. Linda also spent several years working in San Francisco where she became a die-hard San Francisco 49s fan.
Linda will be remembered by those who knew and loved her for her joyful and elegant dinner parties, sharing her love of wine and food, and her immeasurable generosity. Linda was at her happiest spending time with her beautiful children, partnering with Jim in their lovely garden, and bringing together her beloved friends for dinners. "Admiral Linda '' cherished celebrating life on a sunset boat cruise on "Captain" Jim's boat named after Linda, Sweet Lamoyne II.
Linda will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. We love you to the moon and back, Linda.

Services: Rosary September 5th Preston and Simon at 6:30; visitation from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral 11:00 a.m. at the Newman Center September 6th.
