Attica - Linda K. Tedford, 75 of Attica, passed away on Friday (February 27, 2026) at LeRoy Village Green Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Tedford was born January 18, 1951 in Batavia, a daughter of the late Elmer and Catherine (Squire) Hull.
Linda began her career at Sylvania Electric Products in Batavia until its downsizing and eventual closing. She later dedicated many years to the Attica School District working in both the cafeteria and in administration.
She was a devoted and loving wife who showed remarkable strength and compassion by caring for her husband through many years of extensive medical challenges. Selflessness and commitment were a true testament to her character and depth of love.
Linda enjoyed traveling, including yearly trips to Florida with family, and spending time with her grandchildren and grand-pets.
Surviving are her children, Robert (Stephanie) Tedford of East Bethany, William Tedford of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, and Katherine Tedford of Batavia; grandchildren, Brooke and Cameron Tedford.
Linda is reunited in death with her parents and her husband, Lynn Tedford who passed away January 8, 2025.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday (March 4, 2026) from 3 to 7:00 p.m. at the Marley Funeral Home, 135 Main Street in Attica. Linda's funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Grand View Cemetery in Batavia.
