Linda Louise Tidwell, 79 years of age, passed away January 17, 2025, at The Lodge at Natchez Trace.
She was born November 20, 1945, in Primm Springs, TN, to the late Hensley and Joicy (Martin) Tidwell.
Linda loved her family and her grandson very much. She was the only one in the family with green eyes. Conway Twitty was her favorite country music artist. As a young woman she enjoyed dancing. She enjoyed talking politics. As a florist, she enjoyed making floral arrangements, and worked at Kroger for many years in the floral department, where her little customers knew her as the balloon lady.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings, Edwin Eugene Tidwell, Betty Simmons, Peggy Johnson, David William Tidwell, and Ricky Steven Tidwell. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Sandra (Patrick) Davidson, and Brandon Chase (Joe) Hartwell; grandson, Eli Patrick Davidson; siblings, Mary Alice Green, Willie Faye Paul, and James Hensley Tidwell; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation and Funeral services will be at Dickson Funeral Home, on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will continue until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Oakley Cemetery in Primm Springs, TN.
