Linda Lou Velarde passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at the age of 73. Linda was a loved wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Steven Velarde; daughter, Candace Lynn, and husband; daughter, Tonya Perdun, her partner, and their children; Steven's children, Kenneth Velarde, his wife and children, Steven Velarde II, and Michelle DePriest, her husband and children.
She spent her 32 year career in civil service. She loved dancing, crafting, and spending time with her family.
Preceded in death by her mother Louella Beasley and father Gene Templeman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 2:30pm at FRENCH-Lomas, followed by the Celebration of Life. The family welcomes you to the reception that will be held after the Celebration.
