Linda Fay Yeomans

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Linda Fay Yeomans (Albritton),
82, of Avon Park, FL. Linda passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones
on Thursday evening, October 30 th. She was born on June 8, 1943 in Bowling
Green FL; the daughter of Lexton 'Shorty' Albritton and Minnie 'Munk' Albritton.
She settled in Zolfo Springs, FL, where she raised her 3 boys. She later moved to
Avon Park, FL, where she resided until her passing.
Linda lived a life full of love, compassion, faith, and resilience. She found her
happiness in spending time with her family, friends, and especially her
grandchildren. Her warm heart and joyful spirit made her a beloved presence
among all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Linda had a love of reading,
gardening, and listening to country music.
She was preceded in death by her daughter; Sharon, her husband; Jim Yeomans,
her parents, and her brother LaVaughn Albritton.
She is survived by her 3 sons: James Yeomans, Scot Yeomans of Wauchula and
Chris Yeomans of Avon Park; her grandchildren; Ashley Roberts, Wesley
Yeomans, Miranda Yeomans, Brinkley Sherman, Allie Yeomans, Zander
Yeomans, and Haylen Yeomans; along with her great grandchildren; Tuff, Tru,
Brave, Caleb, Link, Charli, Renley, Devyn, Gus, Avery, Alina, her brother; Buster
Albritton of Zolfo Springs, and her sister; Rita Thacker of Tampa.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held on November 5, 2025. Visitation will be at
10:00 am, and the Service will be held at 11:00 am at Zolfo Baptist Church in
Zolfo Springs, FL
