On May 5, 2024, Lindy Lou (Corcilius) Stephens, age 81, passed away at her home in Cedar Springs, MO.
Lindy was born to James August and Oma Lydia (Massey) Corcilius on Jan 1, 1943, in Longmont, CO.
In February 1964 Lindy married the love of her life, Charles Alfred Stephens, and to this union three boys were born.
Lindy attended Brighton High School in Brighton, CO.
Lindy worked at Brighton Community Hospital while living in Brighton, CO. After she and the family moved to Missouri, Lindy worked in the kitchen at both RestHaven and Cedar County Memorial Hospital in El Dorado Springs, MO.
Lindy's children include: Jim (Tracie) Longmont, CO, Bill (Jodie) Nevada, MO, and Joel (Mandi) Cedar Springs, MO. Lindy had the pleasure of having 10 grandchildren: Klayton (Sarina) Leonard, Nevada, MO, Marissa of Nevada, MO, Jimmy of El Dorado Springs, MO, Layton of Nevada, MO, and Caysen, Kale, Charli, and Kole of Cedar Springs, MO; 3 great grandchildren: Elye, Mason, and Leah Leonard of Nevada, MO; and one brother Bill Corcilius of Brighton, CO.
Lindy was preceeded in death by her husband, her parents, one child, and a grandchild.
