Lisa N. Bowman, 39, of Covington, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. She was born February 4, 1983, in Troy.
She will be missed and remembered by her daughters, Aubrey and Nicole; her parents, Dawn (Smith) & Scott Bowman of Covington; her father Christopher & Melanie McDade; siblings Christopher (Lorraine) Bowman, Marcie (Sean) Sexton, Christine (Nick) Swartz, Casey (Jonathan) Patton and Jason (Alisha) McDade; and nieces and nephews.
Lisa was a 2001 graduate of Covington High School and also graduated from Wright State University. She earned several bachelor’s degrees, and worked as a patient care technician and registered nurse at several local hospitals. Her life’s work involved caring for others. She loved being a mom and taking care of her daughters. Lisa’s final act of compassion was as an organ donor.
A private memorial service was held in August 2022 at Moore Funeral Home, Covington, and private burial took place in Highland Cemetery, Covington.
