Lisa R. Canfield Harpursville, NY Our beloved sister Lisa passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at the age of 64, from an illness. Formerly from New Milford, Susquehanna, and Montrose PA she resided in Harpursville NY. She was predeceased by her parents Ernest and L. Judith (Sellers) Canfield, brother Ernie Canfield, nephew Cole and beloved dogs Jack, Squirt and Taz. Lisa is survived by her siblings Tammy (Todd) Heller; Tim (Lori) Canfield; Judy (Randy) Lown; nephews TJ (Kristen), Ryan (Andrea), Kevin; nieces Heather (Joe), Megan (Anthony), Madison; great nieces Piper and Camilla Judith; great nephews Asher, Alex, Jaxon, Luke, Grayson and Tate; aunts, uncles and many, many cousins. Lisa retired from Fine Wine & Good Spirts State Stores, after 20 years of service in 2020. She devoted 8 years as a caregiver to our brother Ernie after his stroke in 2015. Prior to working at Wine and Spirits stores she was employed at the Penn Can Diner, Harford – Landers, Kirkwood – US Assemblies, Hallstead. She adored all her paw babies over the years. Lisa loved gardening, her vegetable and flower gardens were always amazing. She enjoyed canning and cooking. Lisa was a kind, caring, generous and loving person. She was loved fiercely and will be missed greatly. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at the Lanesboro Community Center, 418 Main Street Susquehanna, PA 18847 on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 10:00am to 12:00pm. A burial service will be held at the Lanesboro Cemetery immediately following. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to: True Friends Animal Welfare, 16332 PA-706, Montrose, PA 18801, or any animal shelter of your choice – Colesville Volunteer Ambulance Service, Dept of EMT's, 28 King Road, Harpursville, NY 13787
