Lisa M. "DeGirolamo" Centeno

Lisa Centeno, 62, of Brick, NJ passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026 surrounded by family who loved her dearly. Born on August 6, 1963, in Ocean, NJ to John and Mary DeGirolamo, she grew up in Long Branch, NJ and worked as an Administrative Assistant for Smolin Lupin for almost 20 years. She loved her job, her Smolin family and took pride in her work. Lisa was a devoted mother and grandma known for her kindness, sense of humor, hard work and passion. She was the best mother that anyone could ever ask for. She took immense pride in her sugar cookie business. She loved her cats; Boo, Tiki, and Jinx. She enjoyed reading, baking, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, John DeGirolamo, and her husband, Efrain Centeno. She is survived by her mother, Mary DeGirolamo; her siblings, Tom DeGirolamo, Linda Maldonado, and Doug DeGirolamo; her children, Melissa Finelli, Christina Centeno, and Mathew Centeno; her son in law, Thomas Finelli III; her step daughters, Raquel Centeno, and Maria Centeno; her grandchildren, Marius Fequire Centeno, Emma Finelli, Molly Finelli, Thomas Finelli IV, and Jaxson Centeno and other beloved family members.
