Lisa Benavente Conklin

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lisa Conklin, a loving mother, wife and friend on November 2, 2025 at the age of 59.
Lisa is survived by her father, Chuck Ream, her husband, Hugh, her children, Melissa and Kevin and grandson Cole. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Brittany, her son-in-law Eric and her sisters and sisters' spouses, Frances and Ramon Quichocho, William and Rose Fairbrother, Linda and Michael Eustaquio, Richard and Clare Benavente, Cindy and Peter Quintanilla, her brother-in-laws, David, Chris and John Conklin and predeceased by her mother Digna Benavente Turner, and brother Grant Turner. She is also predeceased by her mother Digna's parents, Enrique and Francisca Benavente.
Lisa was born on December 5, 1965 to Chuck and Digna Turner in Tamuning, Guam. She studied Nursing at the University of Guam when she met and married her husband, Hugh. They moved to Orange County, California where they owned and operated a material transport business. They just recently celebrated their 38th Wedding Anniversary.
Lisa was always smiling. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved walking on the beach. Her passion was caring for her family and friends. She would be the first to help at all her family and friends' events. She was always willing to take on the toughest tasks. She loved spending time with her grandson Cole.
A funeral is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on November 17 at the O'Connor Mortuary on Alicia Parkway in Laguna Hills. Flowers, donations and condolences may be offered at David Conklin, 21850 Highland Street, Wildomar, CA 92595. She may be gone but not forgotten.
