COLEBROOK – Lisa B. D'Anjou, 60, of Colebrook, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025. She was born in West Stewartstown on March 9, 1965, a daughter to the late Wilfred E. and Patricia (Nash) Desrosiers, Sr. For many years, Lisa was a well-known waitress at different local restaurants, including the Wilderness Restaurant, Chez Pidgeon in Norton, The Balsams, and for a time in Coventry, Vt., where she lived for a time. For about 10 years, she worked at the Tillotson Rubber Co, as well. A serious snowmobile accident in 1998 prevented her from working from that time. Lisa's greatest joy was to spend time with her friends. She is survived by her six siblings: Lynne Desrosiers of Colebrook, Tammy Desrosiers of Lancaster, N.H., Kimberly Sue Clark of Colebrook, Ernie (Tammy) Desrosiers of Colebrook, Wilfred "Junior" Desrosiers, Jr. and his partner Judy McLeod of Gray, Me., and Shawn (Laura) Desrosiers of Allenstown, N.H.; and three nieces and five nephews. In addition to her parents, Lisa is predeceased by a brother, Ricky, in 1999. There are no public calling hours. The family will have a celebration of Lisa's life on Sat., Oct. 4, from 2 to 6 p.m. at the American Legion hall in Canaan. It will be a potluck gathering to share memories and stories of Lisa's life. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Lisa may be made to the Two Rivers Relief for Cancer, Inc., P.O. Box 376, Colebrook, NH 03576. Condolences may be offered to the family on-line by going to www.jenkinsnewman.com. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Jenkins & Newman Funeral Home in Colebrook.
