Lisa Ann (Aull) Huffman, 65, of Evansville, IN. passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023 in Evansville, IN. She was born on November 16, 1958 in Owensboro, KY to Joseph Allen Aull and Lena Hartz. She graduated from Pike Central High School in Petersburg, IN in 1977. She retired from Triad Mining INC. where she worked as Purchasing Director.
Lisa was a very strong and resilient woman who endured several health issues throughout her life but never let those issues get her down. She enjoyed cooking for her family and was an avid reader. She had a big love for music and enjoyed attending concerts. She loved spending time with family and going on family trips. She was a wonderful mother to her son Jason and she loved spending time with her granddaughter Talena. She was a big sister who looked out for her siblings and enjoyed spending time together. Lisa was a kind and compassionate person and she will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
She is survived by her mother Lena Aull of Philpot, KY. Her son Jason Huffman of Evansville, IN. Her granddaughter Talena Huffman of Carbondale, IL. Sisters Jackie (Mike) Mize of Florence, KY. Vickie (Kevin) Insko, Terri (John) Wick and brother Tim Aull all of Philpot. Along with several nieces and nephews.
Lisa is preceded in death by her father Joseph A. Aull. Her husband Jerry Huffman with whom she spent 38 wonderful years of marriage with, and her brother Joey Aull.
Visitation will be from 10am until the time of service at 12pm on December 16, 2023, at Sunset Funeral Home with a burial to directly follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
