Lisa M. Johnson (Jarrell), age 53, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018. Beloved companion to Rick Kozma; Loving daughter of Joseph (deceased) and Joyce Barba (Dibble); Sister of Joe Jarrell and Jessie Jarrell (Jackie); God Mother of Lauren Sedor; Aunt of Allie Faluski (Cory), Jessica Reinke, Johnny Kren, Jeremy Kren, Brianna Jarrell, and Hydee Jarrell; Great Godmother/Aunt to Ira (Lauren) and Alura (Allie); Cherished Niece, Cousin, and Friend to many. Lisa was born in Elouise, MI in 1964. Through her travels she moved to Lakewood, OH where she graduated from Lakewood High School in 1983. Her passion for teaching and guiding children was truly a blessing to all. The strength and fight she had for battling her disease of diabetes and heart failure was unrecognizable. No matter what she went through she had a smile on her face and love in her heart for the people that surrounded her. Until her last breath, her courage, strength and love shined bright as she gained her wings to be the angel she was meant to be. "You may be gone from our sight…But you are never gone from our hearts"-Winnie the Pooh In lieu of a memorial service we will be having a Celebration of Life gathering on June 16th at 21271 Ellen Drive, Fairview Park, OH 44126 from 12pm-4pm. Please consider helping Lisa's family with final expenses by donating here.

You were an angel when you were on earth and now an angel up in heaven. We thought of you as an extended sister and will cherish all the memories of us growing up as children and partying together as adults. Life gets busy and hectic but no matter how much time passed, every time we saw each other it was like we were never apart. Your smile lit up a room and laughter was contagious and you were one of the strongest people I have ever met. I love you and will miss you deeply...R.I.P. my cousin. Mary

Joyce I was heart broken to hear of the loss of Lisa. My heart is with you and your family as you mourn the loss of such a beautiful person. No doubt there is an angel above watching over all those she has touched.
