Lisa J. Lowe, 63, of Jamestown, peacefully passed away in her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, July 24, 2025, following a valiant battle with cancer. She was born in Jamestown on June 13, 1962, to the late Leon and Joyce Thompson Anderson.

A woman who cherished every sunset, Lisa will be remembered for her constant upbeat presence. A beloved paraprofessional with Jamestown Public Schools, she was pleasant in her conversations with others, making friends wherever she went.

Lisa enjoyed bonfires and live music. Respites at the beach made her soul beam almost as much as when spending time with her grandchildren.

Her kind earthly being will be deeply missed by her husband, Philip J. Lowe; her daughter, Jessica McKoon of McKean, PA; her son, Michael (Patricia Hoyt) Lowe of Busti; her grandchildren, Lily, Jayce, Clark, and Everett; her siblings, Randy Anderson, Linda Anderson, and Marvin (Christine) Anderson; as well as her brother-in-law, George "Mike" Lowe.

In keeping with Lisa's wishes, no formal visitation or service will be observed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care, 20 W Fairmount Ave, Lakewood, NY 14750, or to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
