Lisa Ann Ross, 51, of Otterville, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2026, at her home.
She was born May 6, 1974, in Sedalia, the daughter of the late Dennis Cramer Schirlls and Patricia C. Hillis. On March 17, 2011, she married Eric Shawn Ross, who survives of the home.
Lisa was a 1992 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. She worked in health care, primarily in home health, a field she truly enjoyed and where she found fulfillment caring for others.
She enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing with her husband. She also liked listening to pop and country music.
Survivors include her husband, Shawn Ross; three sons, Jon Ross of Knob Noster, and Eric Ross and Dean Ross, both of Otterville; a brother, Dennis Schirlls; and a grandson, Royal Cramer Ross.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dean Schirlls.
A Celebration of Lisa’s Life will be held at Clover Dell Park, 5301 W 32nd St, Sedalia, on Saturday, March 28, 2026 beginning at 10am.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.
