Lissa Michael Lee Stapleton

Lissa Michael Lee Stapleton was a mother, daughter, sister, aunt Above all our angel who surrendered her life on February 1, 2025 in Peru, Indiana.
As our angel poured love into all of us, her children were her entire heart, Aerabella Joyce, Raiden Dallas, and Siris Rayn. Each carry a little bit of her in everything they do.
She was born June 23, 1999 to Donna Stapleton, Peru, Indiana and Lloyd Miller (Danika), Peru, Indiana. Lissa was the kindest soul. No matter where she went as a child she would find some animal, insect, reptile, and amphibians to bring home to keep as a pet. She was the wild child, fearless and daring. No matter who she met in life she made an ever lasting impression.
Lissa grew up being loved at many angles and survives with 5 sisters and 1 brother: Jennifer Rairigh, Kokomo, Indiana, Lita (Kyle) Hopper, Peru, Indiana, Felicity (Joseph) McAnaspie, Statesboro, Georgia, Keigen Miller, Statesboro, Georgia, Arian Satterfield, Peru, Indiana, and Dezman Miller, Peru, Indiana. As well as an abundant amount of nieces and nephews who loved her dearly: Hayleann Hopper, Spencer Stapleton, AvaLyn Herschberger (Donte), Kylen Hopper, Carleah Hopper, Thaxton Rairigh, Ace Rairigh, Journie Hopper, Paityn Miller, Maize Miller, Emberly Miller, and a great nephew, Kylo Hopper.
She is preceded in death by Eva Stapleton (maternal grandmother), Clifford Stapleton (maternal grandfather), Brenda Stapleton (Aunt), Clifford Michael Stapleton (Uncle), and Cole Michael Duvall Taylor (Nephew).
Visitation will be held at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana on Monday, February 24, 2025 from 11am-2pm. The funeral service will follow at 2pm with burial at Springdale Cemetery, 2796 W. Broadway, Bunker Hill, Indiana.
