Lloyd Bernard Killian

Lloyd Bernard was born on July 31, 1961, to the late Lloyd and Rebecca Killian. He was the fifth of eight children born to this union. Early Thursday morning on June 13, 2024, Lloyd Bernard entered into God's rest in sleep. He attended Deuteronomy Baptist Church, Free Gift, and Faith, Hope and Love. At the age of nineteen, he moved to Oakland, California in 1980. He worked as a machine operator, Service Station attendant and as a printer. In 1986, he met Corvette Hendrix. Together, they had three children and two bonus children, Porche Killian, Lloyd Bernard Killian, Jr., Latisha Killian, Bosey Robinson, and Vincent Hendrix. His grandkids were Vincent Hendrix, Jr., La'Veyah Buckner, Corey Lacey, and Za'Coryah Lacy.
He returned home in 2000 where he was self-employed in lawn service, as a painter, and with other odd jobs.
He was preceded in death by his one sister, Lois Maire Killian; two brothers, Terry Denorris Killians and Nathan D. Killian; and two nephews, Glendarious Gay and Kendreveon Bosley. Lloyd Bernard leaves to cherish his memories: his two sisters, Vivetta Heckard Swancy of Monne, LA, and Gwen Williams (Raymond) of Monroe, LA; two brothers, Christopher Killian of Bossier, LA, and Zachary Killian of Monroe, LA; one godsister, Tameika Holmes; one aunt, Ruthie Heckard of Los Angeles, CA; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends.
